5. Next page put all information of the shipping address, don't forget to give us the telephone number of the recipient. If you order key blanks, you can fill key code that you want at note to merchant regarding your order text box.

Shipping Method

All packages 80 pounds or less will be shipped UPS. Packages are sent signature required. Doing this lets us know when and who signed for the product(s). If you choose to have a package sent signature not required, please note it on the order, or let us know at the time the order is placed.

- For Domestic orders under $100 we ship by First Class Mail (2-7 days)
- For Domestic orders over $100 we ship by Priority Mail (2-3 days).

- All International order will be shipped by
1. Courier (usually 3-5 days). This depends on your local customs office. The longest we have experienced was 2 weeks.
2. Registered air mail post usually 3 weeks.
3. Sea freight (usually 1 month). For wholesale order (more than USD 1,000)

Payment Options

For retail order not more than $US 1,000, we prefer VISA , MasterCard Charge your online purchase with Visa, MasterCard. Prices for each item are displayed online (in U.S. dollars.) All prices have already included delivery service charges.
For wholesale order more than $US 1,000, we prefer Postal Money Order made out in US Dollars, Cash US Currency, or Wire Transfer.

Save more 5% with your order by pay via T/T telex transfer
Example: When you have checked your price including shipping cost is
$US 1,200 if you pay via credit card you must pay $1,200 but if you pay via T/T tranfer to our account you can save more 5% $US60 by send us only $US 1,140

Processing Time and Delivery Time

In most cases we will ship your order with in 3-5 days after received payment. If there will be an excessive delay we will notify you by email. You will have the opportunity to change your order or cancel.

International Orders

How do I pay in US Dollars? We ship international orders almost every day. If you pay with credit card we will charge your credit card in US Dollars, and on your credit card statement the charge will appear in your local currency. If you don't have a credit card, you can pay with an Postal Money Order made out in US Dollars, Cash US Currency, or Wire Transfer. Postal Money Order can be bought at your local post office. Sometimes in some countries a Customs Fee is charges then the package is picked up from the post office or when it is delivered. Sometimes a local tax (GST or VAT) is also due.

Guarantee

Your machine and tool are covered by the Magnano service network Ltd guarantee for 1 year from the date of purchase. We guarantee to replace free of charge during the guarantee period, any parts which exhibit a defect due to faulty material or manufacture. They returned under guarantee should be packed in the original packing. Transport costs must be paid by the customer.
The guarantee does not cover the following:
- Damage which occurs due to improper handling of the machine.
- Repair of damage not caused by Magnano customer service engineer, i.e. attempts by third parties to carry out repairs or adjustment to the machine.
- Parts which, due to their function, are subject to normal wear and tear.

Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied you may return anything you purchase from WorldLocksmith.com for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in new condition. Making a return is simple. Just return the item to the address on the packing slip and make a note on the packing slip explaining what you would like done (refund or exchange). Please contact us if you have questions.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Most items are in stock for immediate delivery. Items that are in stock can arrive as early as tomorrow. According to your geographic region, some deliveries may take up to 30 business days. If the product you chose is not in stock, you will be notified and be given an estimated arrival date, at which point you may choose a similar unit in stock, wait for shipments to arrive, or cancel your order.

If I don't like it, can I return it?
Yes. However, all returns will be charged a 25% return fee, plus the initial shipping expenses incurred in shipping the product(s) from us to you. You will also be required to return the product(s) to us at your expense. If you have any questions on any product(s) found on this site, please ask before making your purchase. We want to do everything possible to avoid any type of return. As you can imagine, an item such as a 2000 pound safe is not cheap to return.

I ordered the wrong key blanks. What do I do?
Key blanks are one of the few items that are NOT returnable. If you are uncertain of a particular key blank, phone us, and we will do our best to make sure you receive the key blanks you are looking for. We HIGHLY recommend SILCA's key catalog, as 99% of our customers questions can be answered with this publication. It can be found at the bottom of EVERY keyblank page.

OEM Program

OEM customers do not need to pay any mould charge.

Each product has it's basic OEM order quantity.

We need your authorized sign documents before we produce, the person who sign documents before we produce, the person who sign must be logo holder.

Any words or logo you want to put on the tools is OK, you can also select font of words.

No "made in Thailand" is OK, but it will show on outside carton.

WE will not and can not sell any your logo products to any country or anyone in the world.

We will keep the secret to any one in the world, there will be no body knows the products made from.
